I had not logged into Blogger for over a year. I honestly thought that this blog would be forgotten about and that my views would fade away. Maybe I would post something, maybe not. But I'm on summer vacation so why not log in and check things out. I must admit I was shocked.
I check the stats out of habit and see that the last 12 months have been the most views that my blog has ever had. I've been blogging since 2011. 15 years. Now all of a sudden my views are higher than ever? In the past year I have over 150K views. It feels surreal.
There have been thousands of people that have read my blog. I really didn't think that would happen, yet here we are. So I just wanted to acknowledge this, and thank whoever reads this, and especially anyone that has followed my blog. And just know that this has made me happy. I've worked hard on this blog. It has been my labor of love. And to know that others seem to find this place useful and/or a nice way to kill time gives me a nice sense of purpose.
